Aerobics Programs

 

Guts N Butts - 1/2 hour intense workout that will target abdominal muscles and gluts, as well as tone your leg muscles.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:00 until 9:30 am. Member cost $2 Non-member cost: $4 COST IS PER CLASS

 

Body Blaster - Is a great program for weight loss, getting into shape, or challenging your body in a different way. There will be cardio and weight training.

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm Member cost $3 Non-member cost: $5 COST IS PER CLASS

Early Bird Aerobics Class - Low impact class incorporating the use of "Reebok steps". Great cardio and lower body toning. Light handweights and core strengthening ball.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30am to 7:30am Member Cost $3 Non-Member Cost $5 COST IS PER CLASS

Zumba

  Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.


ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

In a nutshell:

bullet It's fun...the type of exercise you'll want to do everyday and feel good about doing it!!
bullet It's different. You probably never thought you'd be exercising to this type of music.
bullet It's effective. It's an aerobic workout, which we all know works. But it's more fun, which makes you stick with the program and that delivers results!!

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 10am-11am ALSO Tuesdays, & Thursdays from 6pm - 7pm Member cost: $3 per class. Non-member cost: $5 per class.

PIYO: The perfect blend of Pilates, Yoga, sports stretch, dance stretch, and athletics that will help you burn calories & build muscle!

Mondays & Wednesday from 5:30pm - 6:30pm In the Raquetball court. Members cost $3 per class Non member cost: $5 per class.

Speed Kick: A quick but intense 1/2 hour cardio and upper body class.

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:30am - 10am Member cost: $2 NonMember cost: $4 per cost is per class.

Cardio Crunch: A 30 minute workout that involves cardio movements along with other aerobic exercises, as well, to burn fat & achieve the results you want!!

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:15pm - 6:45pm Member cost: $2 Non member cost $4 cost is per class


If you purchase a fitness card for 10 classes, you will receive the 11th class free!!!! HourFitness Cards are $30 for Members and $50 for Non-Members. We also have 1/2hr cards for the 1/2hr classes Members $20 & Non-members $35
