Join us for The American Red Cross Lifeguarding (Including Deep Water) certification course.

Please note there will be a prerequisite swim test consisting of a swim-tread-swim sequence. (150 yards, 2 minutes of treading using only the legs, and 50 yards) Participants can use either the front crawl or breastroke, or a combination. Swimming on the side or back is not allowed, swim goggles are allowed.
