Come check out Wits Workout, a program designed by researchers with the Illinois Extension (University of Illinois). The program is designed to provide intellectual challenge to the various parts of our memory to help aid with healthy cognitive aging, as well as provide useful tips for helping decrease forgetfulness.

Join us for a 4-week deep dive into how we can actively engage our minds to help with healthy cognitive aging and improved memory.
This session will take place weekly on Thursdays from 12pm-1pm.
