Tuesday Wellness Chat
Join us for a monthly wellness chat on the second Tuesday of each month from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM in our Action Arcade, led by experts such as our Wellness Coordinator, OSF Healthcare staff, and other guest professionals. These sessions cover a variety of wellness topics, offer practical tips, and provide time for questions.
Available for free and open to the public.
Our next Wellness Chat will be held Tuesday November 10th, 2026 from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM. The topic will be Community Impact presented by Natalie R. Alexander, CEO Streator Family YMCA.
