Programs Currently Offered
Ages 3–5
Frogs is the first independent level, where swimmers participate without parents in the pool. Children learn basic water safety, floating on front and back, submerging their face, gliding, and swimming short distances. This level helps young swimmers gain confidence working directly with their instructor.
Focus: Independent participation and foundational swimming skills.
Ages 4–6
Otters introduces true swimming movement. Swimmers begin learning front crawl and back glides, practice jumping in safely and returning to the wall, and start treading water. This level emphasizes forward movement, coordination, and building comfort swimming longer distances.
Focus: Propulsion, safety skills, and growing confidence.
Ages 5–8
Sea Turtles focuses on stamina and breathing control. Swimmers develop front crawl with breathing, backstroke, longer swims, and treading water. Kids begin putting skills together into continuous swimming while improving endurance and control.
Focus: Sustained swimming and basic stroke development.
Ages 6–10
Dolphins introduces multiple strokes and refined technique. Swimmers strengthen front crawl and backstroke, learn elementary backstroke, and begin breaststroke. Endurance increases as swimmers practice longer distances and improve overall form.
Focus: Learning multiple strokes and improving technique.
Ages 7–12
Orcas emphasizes stroke development and consistency. Swimmers refine rhythmic breathing, breaststroke, and backstroke while beginning butterfly kick. This level builds strength, coordination, and confidence swimming longer distances with improved form.
